English Translation of Al-Quran
[20].Surah Taha [Tâ-Hâ]
Ayat 53. Who has made earth for you like a bed (spread out); and has opened roads (ways and paths etc.) for you therein; and has sent down water (rain) from the sky. And We have brought forth with it various kinds of vegetation. & lt; /span>
Ayat 54. Eat and pasture your cattle, (therein); verily, in this are proofs and signs for men of understanding.
[Tafseer] "He Who has, made for you the earth like a carpet spread out; has enabled you to go about therein by roads (and channels); and has sent down water from the sky." With it have We produced diverse pairs of plants each separate from the others. Sabil means not only a road, but would include water-roads or channels, and in modern conditions airways-in fact all means of communication This seems to be outside the speech of Moses, and connects itself with the following verses, as part of the Word of Allah, expanding the speech of Moses and explaining the working of Allah's Providence in nature. Azwaj: we might translate here (as in 15:88) by "classes" instead of "pairs"; but as sex in plants seems to be referred to elsewhere Eat (for yourselves) and pasture your cattle: verily, in this are Signs for men endued with understanding.
English Translation of Hadith
& lt; /span>Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah 
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "When Allah created the creatures, He wrote in the Book, which is with Him over His Throne: `Verily, My Mercy prevailed over My Wrath".
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "When Allah created the creatures, He wrote in the Book, which is with Him over His Throne: `Verily, My Mercy prevailed over My Wrath". Another narration is: Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "(Allah wrote) `My Mercy dominated My Wrath".
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "(Allah wrote) `My Mercy dominated My Wrath". Still another narration is: Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "(Allah wrote) `My Mercy surpasses My Wrath".
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "(Allah wrote) `My Mercy surpasses My Wrath". [Muslim,Chapter 037, Hadith # 6626]
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Taha Ayat 53."Who has made earth for you" Imam Al-Khattabi states that here the word "Kitab'' (translated here as `Book') means the decision of Almighty Allah which He has already made, an instance of which is the following Verse of the Noble Qur'an: "Allah has decreed: `Verily, it is I and My Messengers who shall be the victorious". (58:21). In this Ayah the Arabic word "Kataba'' is used in the sense of "Qada' (decided);'' or the word "Kataba'' signifies "Lauh Mahfooz'' on which He has recorded everything. Almighty Allah is on the 'Arsh' (the Throne of Allah) and this Book is with Him.
