'As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu.'

is the month
in which was sent down the Qur'an
as a guide to mankind also clear Signs for guidance ...
and judgment between right and wrong
So everyone of you who is present at his home"~
During that month should spend it in fasting
but if anyone is ill or on a journey
the prescribed period (should be made up)
by days later.
Allah intends every facility for you!
He does not want to put you to difficulties!
He wants you to complete the prescribed period
and to glorify Him in that He has guided you;
and perchance ye shall be grateful.

Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri ... (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:-
The Messenger of Allah { peace be upon him } Said :- "Every slave of Allah who observes Saum [ Fasting ]
for One {1} Day for the sake of ALLAH, [ Subhanahu wa ta'ala ! ]
Allah will draw his face farther from
Hell-fire.........
to the extent of a distance to be covered in Seventy {70} Years {!!!}
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
A Lil Note :-
"Every slave of Allah'' includes men, women, the free and the unfree,
because they are slaves of Allah. The Hadith highlights the excellence
of fasting for the sake of Allah- {Jallah jalala hu} which will serve,
on the Day of Resurrection, as shield against Hell-fire!!! { 'Insha Allah' ~ 'Aameen'! }
