English Translation of Al-Quran
[24].Surah An-Nur [The Light]
Ayat 38. That Allah may reward them according to the best of their deeds, and add even more for them out of His Grace. And Allah provides without measure to whom He wills.
[Tafseer] of ayat 38. That Allah may reward them according to the best of their deeds, and add even more for them out of His Grace: for Allah doth provide for those whom He will, without measure. The best of the righteous do not deserve the reward that they get: all their faults are forgiven, and only their best actions are considered in the reward that they get. Nay, more! Out of the unbounded Grace of Allah even more is added to them. For in giving rewards, Allah's bounty is boundless.

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah 
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "He who provides a fasting person something with which to break his fast, will earn the same reward as the one who was observing the fast, without diminishing in any way the reward of the latter.''
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "He who provides a fasting person something with which to break his fast, will earn the same reward as the one who was observing the fast, without diminishing in any way the reward of the latter.'' [At-Tirmidhi Hadith # 807].
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah An-Nur Ayat 38.That Allah may reward them according to the best of their deeds, and add even more for them out of His Grace" As mention in Hadith reward for providing drink and food to fasting person are due for awesome returns and we must make arrangements for poor and needy persons to have food on their table and in return earn enormous rewards in this world and hereafter.
