The Most Noble Guest is at Your Doorstep

Are You Prepared..!!!

Beloved brothers and sisters in Islaam:

In just few days one of the most noble guest will be visiting us and it is well known that the more you love your guest the more you prepare yourself to welcome him, the more you respect your guest the more things you plan to entertain him or to make his visit most comfortable.

Almost one full year has passed since his last visit, he was your guest for almost thirty days, and again he is at your doorstep waiting for you to open the door so he may fill your home with blessings and favors of Allaah .

He is yours, ours, and all Muslims guest and we ask Allaah to enable us to behave well during his stay and to bless us to take advantage of his presence. Aameen.

Beloved brothers and sisters, I am sure you know much more than me about the benefits and advantages of Ramadaan and the blessing and favors of Allaah which are showered during this blessed month but I wanted to send you this message as a reminder –firstly to myself- and then to you so that we may be ready to reap the fruits of this blessed month which is here for our own benefit.
Ramadaan, a school of Eemaan and Taqwaa, where every graduate is a winner.

Ramadaan, which in itself is a "crash-course" to help us boost our Eemaan, get closer to Allaah and to facilitate for us all means to achieve the certificate of entrance to Jannah.

May Allaah make us among those who will have Ramadaan as hujjah for them and not against them. And May All the doors of jannah be open for us including the door of Siyaam.
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Whoever observes fasts during the month of Ramadan out of sincere faith, and hoping to attain Allah's rewards, then all his past sins will be forgiven." (reported by Al-Bukhari)

Prophet Muhammad said "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of the heaven are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained." (reported by Al-Bukhari)

So do you know of any guest more important than this guest ?

Do you know of any guest coming with so much khayr and blessings ?

Do you know of any guest staying with you for a month and not asking to spend anything for him ? rather, giving you abundantly ??

So let's reflect for some moments and prepare well for him.

Prophet Muhammad said, "…… It is the month of patience, and the reward of patience is Paradise . It is the month of charity, and a month in which a believer's sustenance is increased. Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast shall have his sins forgiven, and he will be saved from the Hell-Fire, and he shall have the same reward as the fasting person, without his reward being diminished at all." (Reported by Ibn Khuzaymah)

Ibn `Abbas narrated: "The Prophet was the most generous amongst the people, and he used to be more so in the month of Ramadan when Jibreel visited him, and Jibreel used to meet him on every night of Ramadan till the end of the month. The Prophet used to recite the Holy Qur'an to Jibreel, and when Jibreel met him, he used to be more generous than a fast wind (which causes rain and welfare)." (Reported by Al-Bukhari)

~ Let there be a community among you who call to the good, and enjoin the right, and forbid the wrong. They are the ones who have success.(Qur'an, 3:104)

~ They believe in Allah and the Last Day, and enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and compete in doing good. They are among the righteous.(Qur'an, 3:114)

~ If you avoid the serious wrong actions you have been forbidden, We will erase your bad actions from you and admit you by a Gate of Honour.(Qur'an, 4:31)

~ Help one another in birr (righteousness, virtue), and taqwa (piety, fear of Allah, God-consciousness), and do not help one another in sinning and transgression. And fear and revere Allah; verily, Allah is severe in punishment.(Qur'an, 5:2)

~ You who believe! Have fear of Allah and seek the means of drawing near to Him and strive in His way,so that hopefully you'll be successful. (Qur'an, 5:35)

~ Ask your Lord for forgiveness and then repent to Him. He will let you enjoy a good life until a specified time, and will give His favour to all who merit it. But if you turn your backs, I fear for you the punishment of a Mighty Day.(Qur'an, 11:3)

~ Strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has selected you and not placed any constraint upon you in the religion-the religion of your forefather Ibrahim. He named you Muslims before and also in this, so that the Messenger could be witness against you and you could be witnesses against all mankind. So perform prayer and give alms and hold fast to Allah. He is your Protector-the Best Protector, the Best Helper. (Qur'an, 22:78)
